Adam Lyons
Executive Director                          

Adam provides overall management to the organization, engages with Directors from the other six Neighborhood Coalitions, and facilitates relationships with community partners. Born and raised in NE Portland, Adam spent the last seven years managing shelters and subsidized apartment buildings for both men and families with children throughout Portland. Service work has always been his passion. He is also a basketball, running and general outdoors enthusiast.

Jessica Rojas
Community & Environmental Engagement Manager

 Jessica is a 3rd generation Oregonian, raised in NE Portland. She provides technical assistance, advocacy support, and training for community and environmental groups in N/NE, including neighborhood associations. Prior to this position, she worked on the development of watershed restoration projects and best equity practices in granting. She also serves on the board for the NW Center for Alternatives to Pesticides.

Mischa S. Webley
Communications Manager

Mischa leads NECN's communications and media projects, and is the staff writer and co-editor of NECN's quarterly newspaper, Hey Neighbor!  He is also the coordinator for NECN's community grants program. Mischa was born and raised in NE Portland, is an independent filmmaker and screenwriter, and recently graduated from Portland State University where he studied economics.  

Jona Davis
Administrative Coordinator

Jona is the newest addition to the NECN team, where she uses her expertise in administration to keep our systems running smoothly. Prior to starting at NECN, she worked for over fifteen years for her family’s business and has spent many years helping nonprofit and government organizations grow and thrive. She has a deep passion for education and public service, and has served as a volunteer all over the city. She has spent most of her adult life in Northeast Portland, where she raised her children.
